Mentoring
Training always helps when learning a new process but it is typically not sufficient by itself. For most people, acquiring the ability to apply a new method, tool, or technology requires several stages of learning.
Most learners get only basic knowledge from training. They have to apply this knowledge to real problems in order to become truly capable. That is hard to do. Mentors can help learners quickly advance to higher stages and support them as they gain experience.
Successful change programmes typically require an external catalyst. Process Workshop mentors can fulfil that role. Our mentors have many years of real-world experience. We know what works and what doesn’t. Your staff learn the right way of doing things from the beginning. They become competent sooner, so adoption of your process is quicker, more effective and ultimately cheaper.
